Troy started his real estate career in October, 2004, after spending many months executing sales processes, studying Real Estate and eventually lending his expertise to the formation of Condo Crew. In March of 2012 Troy completed his training to become a Real Estate Broker and ultimately took over as Broker in 2013. It was also at that time Condo Crew was rebranded to Right Real Estate.

Troy has worked in a wide range of management and leadership positions. His past careers have been diverse and in many ways a reflection of his personality, they include; a Journeyman Welder, a Commercial Diver and an Insurance Adviser.

Troy has a very strong commitment to his community and donates his time whenever possible including many years spent as a board of governor for the Realtors Community Foundation. Troy currently sits on Local Real Estate Committees, Volunteers his time at the local Real Estate Board as well as sit as a director for a condominium board.

Violet emigrated to Canada from the former Yugoslavia in 1990. She is widowed, having lost her husband to a long battle with cancer. On her own, she raised her two daughters that are now both young adults and graduates of the University of Alberta. Violet speaks several languages including; Serbo-Croatian, Hungarian, Bulgarian and English. As a result, she is able to help many people from her community to sell and purchase real estate. Violet loves selling real estate, especially being able to help people to achieve their dreams.

In her home country, Violet was a veterinarian and a Director of Sales & Marketing for a large food services company. In Canada, she has worked as an interpreter assisting phone companies in selling long distance packages into Europe. Violet has over 10 years of experience selling real estate and new homes, having worked with Sterling, MacLachlan & Mitchell & Greenboro Homes. Having been an integral part of a multiple award winning sales team that combined to sell over 300 new homes. In July of 2007 Violet made the transition from new home sales to a licensed Real Estate Agent.

Lorraine was born and raised in Edmonton and is a graduate from NAIT. Other than a brief period living in upstate New York, she has always been proud to consider herself a resident of South East Edmonton. She is a mother of three grown sons, a grandmother, and has been happily married for over 42 years.

Lorraine became licensed as a Realtor in June of 2007. Lorraine has an extensive background serving clients; she has worked in several unique types of sales since 1987. From managing a successful home based business to food brokering and jewelry sales. Lorraine made her way into real estate through selling new homes with Rohit Communities and MacLachlan & Mitchell Homes.
