1.  Do renters have to shovel snow, mow the lawn or take care of trees and shrubs?

No, snow removal, lawn care and landscaping maintenance services are all covered.

2.  Is this an adults only or seniors only building?

No, there is no minimum age required to rent a unit.

3.  Can I have a BBQ on my patio/balcony? 

Yes, a natural gas connection is available on the patio/balcony of each unit. The condominium bylaws state that no propane bottles are to be stored in a unit, parking/storage unit or on any common property. If you currently have a propane BBQ you may have modify or replace it. The deck surface must also be kept free of dripping grease, BBQ pads will prevent this.

4.  Is there any guest/visitor parking?

Yes, surface parking stalls are available for quests/visitors, there are also assigned accessible parking stalls within close proximity to the front doors of the building.
