1. Are pets allowed in the building?
Yes, with condominium board approval. Please review the condominium bylaws for specific details.
2. Do purchasers have to shovel snow, mow the lawn or take care of trees and shrubs?
No, snow removal, lawn care and landscaping maintenance services are all covered through your condominium fee's.
3. Is there storage in the building?
Yes, each underground parking stall has a chain-link enclosed storage area in front of it for your use. (lock not included)
4. Is this an adults only or seniors only building?
No, there is no minimum age required to purchase a unit.
5. Can I have a BBQ on my patio/balcony?
Yes, a natural gas connection is available on the patio/balcony of each unit. The condominium bylaws state that no propane bottles are to be stored in a unit, parking/storage unit or on any common property. If you currently have a propane BBQ you may have modify or replace it.
6. Is there any guest/visitor parking?
Yes, surface parking stalls are available for quests/visitors, there are also assigned accessible parking stalls within close proximity to the front doors of the building.
7. Is the building be sprinklered?
Yes, sprinklers have placed throughout the common areas and individual units.
8. How much are condominium fee's?
Condominium fee's vary by unit and are based on unit factors. Currently, Condominium Fee's are $15.26/unit factor/year. Unit factors of units and an associated underground parking stall range from 210 for a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom unit, to 377 for a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom plus Den unit.
9. Is air conditioning available?
Air conditioning is roughed in to all units. An air conditioning compressor unit as well as its associated indoor cassette can be installed at anytime by a certified mechanical contractor of your choice.
